Jess.Healthcoach provides wellness and mindset coaching based on training in mental health and nutritional coaching. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions. All coaching services must be booked in advance and paid for as per the terms listed at the time of purchase. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, and results may vary. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable.

Any personal information collected during sessions or through this website is kept confidential and used only for coaching or communication purposes in accordance with NZ privacy standards.
