This is your most comprehensive and in-depth session.
Over 75 minutes, we take a full-body view of your health. We explore your history, symptoms, stress load, nutrition patterns, sleep, hormonal shifts and lifestyle factors to understand the bigger picture — not just the surface concerns.
This session is designed to uncover the underlying drivers influencing your energy, weight changes, mood, cycle health or sense of overwhelm.
Through a metabolic and nervous system lens, we begin connecting the dots so you can clearly see what has been keeping you stuck and where to focus first.
You’ll leave with clarity, personalised insight and practical next steps, along with a clear pathway forward should you choose ongoing mentorship.
If you decide to continue into a 3- or 6-session package, this consultation becomes the foundation and is seamlessly included as your first session.

A gentle, structured support pathway for young girls experiencing anxiety or panic.
Breathe Easy Club is designed to help your child build calm confidence through simple, age-appropriate tools that feel safe and manageable. Using playful strategies and nervous system education, we help her understand what’s happening in her body and develop practical ways to respond when worries or panic arise.
This is not about “fixing” your child.
It’s about equipping her.Throughout our time together, we focus on emotional awareness, calming techniques, building resilience, and strengthening her sense of safety and control.

If you are someone who struggles with hormonal breakouts or troubled skin, It’s time to try something new. Using a whole-food metabolic-nutrition approach that minimise’s inflammation in the body is the place to start. We look to pinpoint dietary and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your skin based on the level of inflammation it may be causing in your body. We look at cortisol, the stress hormone and gut health acknowledging the connection that they may be having on skin. We also look at the mental load that having skin concerns have on us as a woman and how we ca learn to silence our inner critic.
Managing an injury/ recovering from surgery
Managing an injury is truly challenging, not only physically but also the mental load. I can help you gain mental fitness again, nourish your body with food that will minimize the inflammation and pain and support your metabolic health. When held back in life, we can often find ourselves stuck and fused to a victim narrative. If you are ready to move forward out of mental ‘stuckness’, I encourage you to turn within and give coaching a go. You have the power to create your own reality.

If you are a woman who has never struggled with weight, however despite not changing anything now suddenly carry extra kilos, I see you. As women age, we don’t metabolise sugar the way we used to. If you are ready to make a change, I am here to walk with you on your path to good health. Whether it’s managing food behaviors, cravings, energy or vitality, I will support you to navigate sustainable nutrition changes and implement a sustainable lifestyle that lasts. Often food is attached to a mental behavior or desire. Together we can de-bunk what food means to you and how you can overcome unhelpful lifestyle factors.
