Women’s Health & Mindset Coaching is a personalised, supportive approach to improving your physical health, emotional well-being, and overall life balance. Together, we address metabolic-nutrition, hormones, stress, mindset, behaviour, nervous system, self-confidence, self-belief, lifestyle habits and more to help you feel empowered and in control of your health journey.
Who is your coaching best suited for?
I specialise in supporting women who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally and physically drained alongside adversity. Specifically, for those navigating fertility challenges, PCOS, endometriosis or other women’s health challenges where metabolic nutrition, stress and lifestyle factors impact symptoms and health outcomes. My coaching is also ideal for women wanting to improve and reduce anxiety and panic disorder symptoms.
What qualifications and experience do you have?
I am a certified Mental Health Coach, Metabolic Nutrition Coach, and Master Health Coach I also have lived experience of navigating infertility, anxiety, and burnout. This unique combination allows me to offer both professional expertise and genuine empathy with a deep understanding.
How is your coaching different from counselling or therapy?
A coach does not prescribe, diagnose or treat. While counselling often focuses on exploring the past, coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. We work together to set achievable goals, create healthy habits, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. My approach also combines evidence-based health knowledge with emotional wellness tools. If a client is outside of a coach’s scope of practice, he/she has an obligation to refer you to primary care.
Do you work with clients outside of New Zealand?
Yes! I offer online coaching sessions via zoom call, so you can work with me from anywhere.
What happens in a coaching session?
Each session is a safe, confidential space where we focus on your goals, challenges, and progress. We explore mindset tools, nutrition guidance, and emotional wellness strategies tailored to you, with practical takeaways you can start using immediately.
How long is each session and how often should I book?
Initially you can choose to have a free 15minute health call.
Your first session is up to 75minutes.
Sessions following your initial consult are 60 minutes unless package details state otherwise.
Most clients start with weekly or fortnightly sessions for momentum, then adjust as they feel more confident and consistent.
Do you offer one-off sessions or only packages?
I offer both single sessions for those needing short-term guidance, and discounted multi-session packages for ongoing support.
What if I’m nervous about opening up?
That’s completely normal. I create a compassionate, judgement-free space so you feel safe to share at your own pace. Many clients find they open up more easily after the first session.
Can you help with anxiety and stress management?
Yes. I teach practical tools and calming strategies to reduce overwhelm, improve emotional resilience, and help you feel more in control day-to-day. Clients report anxiety symptoms are improved if not gone by the end of a 6-session package.
