What is Women’s Health & Mindset Coaching?
Women’s Health & Mindset Coaching is a personalised, supportive approach to improving your physical health, emotional well-being, and overall life balance. Together, we address nutrition, stress, mindset, and lifestyle habits to help you feel empowered and in control of your health journey.
Who is your coaching best suited for?
I specialise in supporting women who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained, and those navigating fertility challenges or women’s health concerns. My coaching is also ideal for women wanting to improve their nutrition, mindset, and stress resilience or mothers looking to find themselves again.
What qualifications and experience do you have?
I am a certified Mental Health Coach, Metabolic Nutrition Coach, and Master Coach, with lived experience of navigating infertility, anxiety, and burnout. This unique combination allows me to offer both professional expertise and genuine empathy.
How is your coaching different from counselling or therapy?
While counselling often focuses on exploring the past and managing mental health conditions, coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. We work together to set achievable goals, create healthy habits, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. My approach also combines evidence-based health knowledge with emotional wellness tools.
Do you work with clients outside of New Zealand?
Yes! I offer online coaching sessions via zoom call, so you can work with me from anywhere.
What happens in a coaching session?
Each session is a safe, confidential space where we focus on your goals, challenges, and progress. We explore mindset tools, nutrition guidance, and emotional wellness strategies tailored to you, with practical takeaways you can start using immediately.
How long is each session and how often should I book?
Sessions are 60 minutes long. Most clients start with weekly or fortnightly sessions for momentum, then adjust as they feel more confident and consistent.
Do you offer one-off sessions or only packages?
I offer both single sessions for those needing short-term guidance, and discounted multi-session packages for ongoing support.
What if I’m nervous about opening up?
That’s completely normal. I create a compassionate, judgement-free space so you feel safe to share at your own pace. Many clients find they open up more easily after the first session.
Can you help with anxiety and stress management?
Yes. I teach practical tools and calming strategies to reduce overwhelm, improve emotional resilience, and help you feel more in control day-to-day.
Do you work with women going through infertility or fertility treatments?
Absolutely. Having been through infertility myself, I understand the emotional and physical toll it takes. I provide compassionate support, stress reduction tools, and lifestyle guidance to help you feel more balanced during this time.
Can you support me if I have a busy lifestyle and limited time?
Yes. My coaching focuses on realistic, achievable strategies that fit into your existing lifestyle, so you can still make progress without feeling overwhelmed.
Do you provide nutrition plans or meal ideas?
I provide tailored nutrition guidance and simple, balanced meal ideas based on your goals and preferences — always with a focus on whole foods and sustainable habits.
How do you address both physical and emotional well-being?
I take a holistic approach, recognising the deep connection between mind and body. We address nutrition, stress management, sleep, mindset, and self-care together for a complete well-being strategy.
