Hi, I’m Jess Doyle

After overcoming my own in-fertility and endometriosis journey, I developed both a passion and a purpose to help other women find their path to better health.

In the depths of grief, trauma, uncertainty, and hopelessness, I came to understand that wellness isn’t just about survival—it’s about healing and learning how to thrive. I experienced first-hand the emotional toll that trying to conceive takes on a woman’s body, mind, and identity. That awareness drove me to bridge the gap in support and offer women what I wish I had—real tools, real empathy, and real strategies for the journey through fertility treatment, unexpected health challenges and beyond.

My mission is to walk alongside women from where they are now to where they want to be—emotionally, physically, and mentally. I offer a space that’s grounded in compassion, clarity, and evidence-based guidance. Whether navigating fertility challenges, anxiety, or hormonal imbalance, I empower women to build emotional resilience, reconnect with their bodies, and move forward with hope.

I believe that through curiosity and self-awareness, we can shift from survival mode into a life of purpose. With the right support, every woman can build a future rooted in strength, growth, and self-trust.

    As a PreKure-certified Metabolic Nutrition Coach, I support women by exploring how nutrition and lifestyle choices influence mood, energy, and overall wellbeing.

    As a coach I don’t diagnose or prescribe. Instead, I help you integrate dietary changes in alignment with your doctor’s recommendations. Through an anti-inflammatory, whole-food, keto or low-carb approach to manage symptoms.

    Metabolic Nutrition is scientifically proven to improve health outcomes in PCOS, Endometriosis, hormonal changes, weight challenges, auto-immune conditions and over all metabolic health. Through a coach approach I help to support you to navigate sustainable change that lasts and to optimise your health and wellbeing alongside adversity.

    As a coach, I guide you to explore how intentional movement—whether it’s walking, strength training, or restorative exercise—can reduce cortisol, balance hormones, calm the nervous system, and lift your mood.

    Its about changing your mindset and overcoming barriers that keep you stuck. Motivation isn’t reliable, instead we look at habits, behaviours and what you truly enjoy.

    For women suffering from Anxiety and overwhelm, I support you in exploring simple, evidence-based practices like mindful breathing and grounding exercises that calm the nervous system, reduce cortisol, and restore balance. Through ACT tools and framework, as a Coach I can help you move from surviving, to truly thriving by reducing symptoms of anxiety.

    As a PreKure certified Health Coach, I support women in improving sleep as a foundation for health and wellbeing.

    As a coach, I don’t diagnose or prescribe. Instead, I help you explore evidence-based strategies—like morning and evening routines, light exposure, nervous system regulation, and overall optimal sleep hygiene —through lowering cortisol, restoring balance, and promoting deeper rest to aid in a better nights sleep.

    Sleep isn’t just about nighttime, It’s about your lifestyle, your food habits, your daily scheduling, you stress and behaviours. I help you to recognise your patterns and address areas which could benefit from improvement and aid in a better nights sleep.

We do this through whole food, evidence-based metabolic nutrition, nervous system regulation, and mental health coaching. By combining these practices with practical lifestyle strategies, I empower women to regain control of their body, mood, and mindset. Through the 4 pillars of health; mental wellbeing, nourishing food, intentional movement, and restorative rest - I help women build emotional resilience, reduce overwhelm, and restore their sense of self.
