After overcoming my own infertility journey, I developed both a passion and a purpose to help other women find their path to mental wellness.
In the depths of grief, trauma, uncertainty, and hopelessness, I came to understand that wellness isn’t just about fertility—it’s about survival, healing, and ultimately, learning how to thrive. I experienced firsthand the emotional toll that trying to conceive takes on a woman’s body, mind, and identity. That awareness drove me to bridge the gap in support and offer women what I wish I had—real tools, real empathy, and real strategies for the journey through fertility treatment and beyond.
My mission is to walk alongside women from where they are now to where they want to be—emotionally, physically, and mentally. I offer a space that’s grounded in compassion, clarity, and evidence-based guidance. Whether navigating fertility challenges, anxiety, or hormonal imbalance, I empower women to build emotional resilience, reconnect with their bodies, and move forward with hope.
I believe that through curiosity and self-awareness, we can shift from survival mode into a life of purpose. With the right support, every woman can build a future rooted in strength, growth, and self-trust.

My mission is to support women experiencing infertility, hormonal imbalance and anxiety by addressing the root causes through evidence-based nutrition, nervous system regulation, and mental health coaching. I combine the science of psychology, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and behavior change with practical lifestyle strategies to empowering women to regain control of their body, mood, and mindset. Through the 4 pillars of health; mental wellbeing, nourishing food, intentional movement, and restorative rest, I help women build emotional resilience, reduce overwhelm, and restore their sense of self.

I've been working with Jess for about 4 weeks. I reached out when I was feeling on the cusp of burnout and unable to see the forest through the trees.
